Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. will be closed on November 28^th and 29^th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Claims deadline and reimbursement dates will be adjusted as follows:

Reimbursement Date: Nov. 29^th   

Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 20^th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)

• Direct Deposit reimbursements will be posted on Friday, Nov. 29^th
• Check reimbursements will be mailed on Wednesday, Nov. 27^th
• Employer distributed checks will be sent on Tuesday, Nov. 26^th

Reimbursement Date: Dec. 6^th

Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 26^th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)
