Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. will be closed on November 22^nd and 23^rd in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Claims deadline and reimbursement dates will be adjusted as follows:

Reimbursement Date:  Nov. 23^rd

Adjusted Claims Deadline Date:  Nov. 14^th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)

Reimbursement Date:  Nov. 30^th

Adjusted Claims Deadline Date:  Nov. 20^th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)
