Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. will be closed on November 23rd and 24th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Claims deadline and reimbursement dates will be affected. The adjusted dates are as follows:
Reimbursement Date: Nov. 24th
Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 15th (by 9:00 am CST)
- Checks mailed to employees homes will be sent on Wednesday, Nov. 22nd
- Employer Distributed Checks will be sent on Tuesday, Nov. 21st
- Direct Deposit accounts will be posted on Friday, Nov. 24th
Reimbursement Date: Dec. 1st
Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 21st (by 9:00 am. CST)
- Reimbursements disbursed on normal schedule
