This message is to alert you to a temporary change in our current business operations resulting from the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) national emergency.
DBS continues to make our top priority the safety of our staff, clients and community. We are also committed to meeting the needs of our clients, plan participants and business partners to the best of our ability in the midst of continually changing conditions. With safety as our top priority we have made the decision to work with minimal essential staff on-site in our office location. All other staff are now working remotely until further notice. With this change, we are temporarily removing our live receptionist handling of incoming calls. Incoming calls will go through an automated voice mail system and callers will be directed to a specific voice mail extension. Callers will also be provided with email box information if they prefer to leave an email message.
Voice mail and email messages will be continuously monitored during our regular business hours and messages will be forwarded to the appropriate DBS associates for response. We are currently experiencing very high call volumes and will do our best to respond to messages promptly. Inquiries will be handled in the order they are received.
We are fortunate to have a very dedicated team of associates who are working hard to meet the needs of our clients and participants. We appreciate your patience as together we work through the changes needed to protect our staff, clients and community until business operations can return to normal.
